Why I built Decidi

Every serious piece of work needs more than a single response from a single model. An idea needs to be tested. A plan needs to be questioned. A document needs to be reviewed for accuracy, tone, risk, clarity and weakness. Public-facing material needs to be checked before it is published. Business decisions need to be challenged before they are implemented. The prompts need to be precise. The roles need to be clear. The review process needs to be repeatable.

I could not afford to release material built on false assumptions or hallucinated data. I could not afford to make decisions based on an unchecked plan. I could not rely on one AI response and hope it was good enough. I needed a way to put the right “team” around the work: different models, different perspectives, different roles, each reviewing the output through a specific lens.

That is what Decidi does.

It turns AI from a single assistant into a structured review and decision workspace. It allows work to be created, challenged, audited, improved and approved through a repeatable process. It helps identify gaps, risks, weak logic, unclear messaging, missing evidence and potential failure points before they become real problems.

For me, Decidi became the system I use every day to move faster without lowering standards. It helps me think better, write better, review better and make better decisions. It gives me the confidence that important work has not just been generated, but examined.

I built it because I needed a team of AI reviewers around every important decision and every important piece of work.
